• Introduction

The belt sintering machine is mainly composed of the following parts: 1) bottoming material device, 2) raw material feeding device, 3) raw material chute, 4) multi-flexible transmission device, 5) head sprocket, 6) suction device, 7) Trolley, 8) head stand, 9) middle stand, 10) tail stand, 11) mobile stand, 12) No. 1 ash box, 13) No. 2 ash box, 14) Seal at the head end, 15 ) Tail end seal, 16) Head seal cover, 17) Tail seal cover, 18) Lubrication system, 19) Heat insulation device, 20) Grate strip pressure roller, 21) Grate strip cleaner, 22) Bonded ore detection Equipment, 23) trolley spreader, 24) various inspection platforms, etc.

The working process of the belt sintering machine: the raw materials mixed and pelletized by the cylinder mixer enter the chute of the feeding device of the sintering machine through the distributor, and then the round roller feeder quantitatively spreads the raw materials through the raw material chute to the pre-determined on the trolley where the bottom material is first laid, the loaded trolley is driven by the head sprocket. After being ignited by the ignition furnace, a combustion zone is formed on the surface. The trolley is sucked by the suction located at its lower part as it continues to move. The device is exhausted and burned to move the combustion belt downwards. When the tail is close to the discharge end, the combustion belt reaches the bottom of the material bed and the sintering operation is completed. After unloading at the tail, the trolley is turned over to the lower return lane through the sprocket, driven by the tail sprocket, runs along the return lane to the head, and then turned to the upper track by the head sprocket. Continue to the next cycle of sintering operation.
