How to install T-Slotted floor plates?

In order to prevent the Plates from being deformed during use, when hoisting it, four wire ropes of the same length should be used to hang the four lifting holes on the Plates at the same time,and the Plates should be hoisted smoothly during transportation.
On the tool, and pad the support points of the Plates, each support point is evenly stressed to ensure that the entire Cast Iron T-Slotted Plates is balanced and stable.
When installing the Plates, pad each support point of the Cast Iron T-Slotted Plates with adjusting pads or ground anchors, and then adjust the cast iron platform to qualified accuracy by technicians.

In the process of use, the above work piece should be handled with care, and do not move rough work pieces on cast iron work such as above, so as to avoid bumping and scratching the working surface of the cast iron plates.
After the Cast Iron T-Slotted Plates is used, the work piece should be removed from the Plates to avoid the deformation of the Plates caused by the heavy pressure of the work piece on the cast iron plates for a long time.
When the cast iron plates is not in use, the working surface should be washed in time, then the press backing plate should be coated with a layer of anti-rust oil, and covered with anti-rust paper.Be careful to cause damageto the working surface of the Cast Iron Plates.
