(1) Newly manufactured cast iron clamping tables should be marked with the manufacturer's name (or manufacturer's standard), accuracy level, specifications, and serial numbers.

 

(2) The surface of the cast iron clamping table is required to be smooth and flat, and the working surface has rust marks, scratches, dents, cracks and defects that affect the accuracy of the working surface.

 

(3) Starting holes are generally reserved on both sides of the cast iron clamping table to facilitate the loading and unloading of the platform. The position of the holes should also be reasonable, and no holes should be left arbitrarily.

 

(4) Rust seriously affects the accuracy of the platform. Once the surface of the cast iron platform rusts, it will corrode the working surface of the platform and make the measurement inaccurate. Platforms with stains and rust marks are unqualified.
