The advantages of the ground rail: In this way, there is no need to make a large platform, which saves material costs, takes up a small space, and is very cost-effective.

 

The material of the ground rail: high-strength cast iron HT200-300, the working surface hardness is HB170-240, after two manual treatments (artificial annealing 600 degrees -700 degrees or natural aging for 2-3 years), the product has stable accuracy and wear resistance Good performance.

 

Technical requirements for T-slot ground rail

 

1. The work surface of the T-slot platform shall not have defects such as sand holes, pores, cracks, shrinkage, scratches, bruises, rust spots, etc., which seriously affect the appearance and use.

 

2. The surface of the T-slot platform should be cleaned of sand and smooth, and the paint should be strong.

 

3. For the work surface of the T-slot platform with accuracy grades of 0-3, sand holes with a tortuous diameter less than 15mm are allowed to be blocked with non-different materials, and the hardness should be less than the hardness of the surrounding materials. There should be no more than 4 sand holes with infarction on the working surface, and the spacing between sand holes should not be less than 80mm.

 

4. The T-slot platform should be made of fine and dense gray cast iron or alloy materials, and its work surface hardness should reach 170-220HB.

 

5. The surface of the T-slot platform should always be scraped. The surface roughness Ra is 5um for the surface roughness of the level 3 T-slot platform which is processed by scraping.
