The features of cast iron floor plates

Cast iron floor plates are especially widely used in industrial applications, such as power experiments for machinery and engines, and equipment debugging. It has good plane stability and toughness, with T-shaped grooves on the surface, which can be used to fix experimental equipment; It is also suitable for inspection work of various products, and is used for reference planes for accuracy measurement.

Floor plate Class A accuracy: the flatness of working surface of the fixed workbench is 0.05mm within 1000mm length, and the plane error value increases by 0.02mm for every 1000mm increase in length, and the maximum error value is 0.10mm. Class B accuracy: fixed the flatness of the working surface of the table is: 0.08mm within 1000mm length, and the plane error value increases by 0.03mm for each additional 1000mm length, and the maximum error value is 0.15mm.

 

The embedment of the iron floor plate should be level with the ground decoration layer or slightly higher than 3-5mm. After the floor plate is installed, within any length of 1m, the horizontal deviation should be no more than 1mm, the overall length should be no more than 2mm, the horizontal deviation of the corresponding point between the tracks should be no more than 1mm, and the parallelism deviation between every two tracks should be less than 2mm. The method of fixing the track is to fix it firmly with M8 iron expansion nails or shooting nails according to the required distance (about 500-700mm) on both sides of the inner side of the track. The bottom surface of the track is tightly attached to the ground, and there must be no virtual span gap to avoid bending and deformation of the ground track after the load.

 

1. There is an overall design arrangement before production, which is the prerequisite for the smooth commissioning of the entire batch of iron floors. According to the use of the site and the required laying of the ground, the supplier and the buyer shall negotiate and implement the specifications, internal structure, and strength performance of the floor plate.

4. Before the floor plate is released from the furnace, the refractory bricks and refractory mud on the furnace door should be cleaned, and the pulling mechanism should be checked whether it is easy to use.

 

5. When unloading and transporting, unrelated persons shall not approach the two sides of the flat car, so as to avoid the sand box or the workpiece from collapsing and hurting people.

 

6. When the temperature of the working object is higher than 400℃, it is forbidden to use a chain or wire rope to lift (or take heat insulation measures) to avoid fracture after annealing.

 

7. Before loading and unloading, check whether there are obstacles on the track trough and whether the hooks, chains and other tools are complete.

 

8. When loading and unloading large castings or thin-walled workpieces, the pads should be placed flat and stable. Properly leave a gap between adjacent ones, and the loading height shall not exceed the stipulation.
