Development of side sealing device of sintering machine trolley

In order to solve the problem of air leakage at the end of the sintering machine trolley, the side sealing device of the sintering machine trolley was developed. The device consists of a diaphragm, a diaphragm, a damping valve, a lever linkage mechanism, a sealing rod, a sealing material, and a limit support sleeve. Keep increasing. The output of sintered ore is proportional to the air volume passing through the sintering trolley. A large amount of air leakage prevents part of the air volume from passing through the material layer of the sintering trolley, making useless work, which not only affects the output, but also causes a waste of electrical energy for the main exhaust fan and causes air leakage. The wear and tear of equipment and pipelines at the site has increased, which has increased the amount of maintenance and maintenance costs. Therefore, reducing the air leakage rate of the sintering machine is an effective measure to increase the output of the sinter and save power.

According to the special working conditions of the end seal of the sintering trolley, the problem of air leakage at the end of the sintering machine trolley is often referred to as the "three dynamics" sealing object. It is required not only to keep the trolley in a sealed state while traveling, but also to ensure that the sealing device is not worn when the end of the trolley is fanned out after the sintering trolley enters the curve at the end of the machine. It is also required that the sintering trolley is about to go out of the curve. When closed, the sealing device is not damaged by squeezing. When the sintering trolley is in operation, the surface temperature of the side baffle plate reaches 300°C. Therefore, the sealing device is required to have high temperature resistance.

 

The sintering trolley has large volume, large contact stress at the end of the trolley, and harsh operating environment. Therefore, the sealing device must have the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation, long service life, and low maintenance.
