1.1 Reason

The trolley will be lifted upwards under the action of this component force, while the star gear plate will continue to rotate, pushing the following trolley forward, and the front trolley will move because the chuck wheel leaves the gear plate. Squeezed by the rear trolley, unable to descend back to the track. Since each trolley will be arched, the trolley will overlap shoulders in the return lane.

1.2 Influencing factors of component

 

1.2.1 After the tail trolley is leveled, the force on the rear chucking wheel will be reduced due to the change of the contact position between the front part of the gear plate and the rear chucking wheel of the trolley.

1.2.4 The frictional force F of the lower track will be affected by the length of the trolley assembly, and the appropriateness and flexibility of the counterweight at the rear of the aircraft will directly affect the combined length of the trolley.

 

1.3 Harm

 

1.3.1 Damage to the bearing.

 

After the trolley is arched, the operation of the entire equipment will not stop. Therefore, the trolley will continue to run toward the head of the sintering machine. Due to the weight of the trolley and the star wheel function of the head of the equipment, it will run to the head. There will be a sudden drop at times, and the force generated by the impact can easily cause damage to the bearing, and in serious cases, it will cause an accident and affect the operation of the equipment. In addition, the end face of the trolley will also be worn under the action of impact, which accelerates the aging of the equipment and increases the consumption of spare parts.

 

1.3.2 Reduce the production efficiency of the sintering machine.

 

Due to the arching phenomenon, air leakage occurs in the sintering opportunity. In the entire production of sintered ore, about 70% of the energy is consumed by the fan. The greater the air leakage, the higher the consumption of the fan, that is, the arching phenomenon will increase the production cost. Affect production.

 

1.3.3 Causes safety hazards.

 

Due to the arching phenomenon, the combined length of the trolley on the upper rail and the lower rail will be different, so the equipment will withstand a lot of tension, and the steel structure has a limited bearing capacity. If the limit is exceeded, a safety hazard will occur.
